  • Orders will be processed only upon successful payment authorization.

In case of pricing or typographical errors, we reserve the right to cancel the order and refund the amount.

4. Order Acceptance & Cancellation

Your order constitutes an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to:

  • Cancel orders due to stock unavailability, suspected fraud, pricing errors, or logistical limitations

Customized and bulk corporate orders cannot be cancelled once confirmed.

5. Shipping & Delivery

  • Delivery timelines are estimates and not guarantees.

  • Delays may occur due to courier partners, weather, regulatory restrictions, or force majeure events.

  • Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon delivery.

Incorrect shipping details provided by the customer may result in failed deliveries, for which we shall not be liable.

6. Returns & Refunds

Due to hygiene and food safety reasons, most edible and consumable products are non-returnable.

Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts located in Jaipur, Rajasthan, India.
