At GIFTOLOGY, we take utmost care in packaging and delivering our curated hampers safely and elegantly.
1. Order Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after successful payment confirmation.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

Bulk, customized or corporate orders may require additional processing time.
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details once your order is dispatched.
2. Delivery Timeline
We aim to deliver orders within 5–7 business days from the date of dispatch, depending on your location.

Delivery timelines are estimated and not guaranteed.

Delays may occur due to courier disruptions, remote locations, weather conditions, festivals, regulatory checks or other unforeseen circumstances.

GIFTOLOGY shall not be liable for delays beyond its reasonable control.
Delivery dates provided at checkout or via communication are indicative only.
3. Shipping Charges

Free shipping offers, if any, are subject to change without prior notice.
4. Risk & Delivery Responsibility

Risk and ownership of the product pass to the customer upon successful delivery.

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure someone is available at the delivery address to receive the parcel.

In case of incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer, GIFTOLOGY shall not be responsible for failed or delayed delivery.
Additional re-shipping charges may apply if the package is returned due to incorrect address or repeated failed delivery attempts.
5. Delays & Force Majeure
While we strive to ensure timely delivery, GIFTOLOGY shall not be liable for delays caused by:

Strikes or transportation issues

High seasonal demand (festivals, Diwali, wedding season, etc.)

Any circumstances beyond our reasonable control
No compensation, cancellation, refund or penalty shall be applicable for such delays.
6. Damaged Shipments
If your order arrives visibly damaged:

Please record an unboxing video immediately.

Contact us within 24 hours of delivery at [Insert Email].

Share order details along with photos and video evidence.
Claims without proper proof may not be accepted.

7. Delivery of Food & Perishable Items
Many of our hampers include edible or perishable products. Once delivered:

We are not responsible for improper storage by the recipient.

Customers are advised to check product labels and store items as instructed.
8. Serviceable Locations
We currently ship across India. Delivery to certain remote locations may take longer than the standard 5–7 business days.
International shipping (if introduced) will have separate timelines and policies.
