Return, Refund & Cancellation Policy

At GIFTOLOGY, we curate premium hampers that often include perishable, edible and hygiene-sensitive products. Due to the nature of our products, we follow a strict No Return Policy, as detailed below.
1. No Return Policy
All sales made on www.giftology.studio are final.
We do not accept returns or exchanges once an order has been delivered.
This includes, but is not limited to:

Food items (honey, dry fruits, dates, gourmet items, etc.)

Perishable products
-
Customized or branded hampers
-
Personalised items
-
Limited-edition or festive collections
Due to hygiene, safety, and food compliance reasons, edible and consumable products cannot be returned once dispatched.
2. Damaged or Defective Products
We take utmost care in packaging. However, if you receive:

A product that is damaged in transit

A manufacturing defect
-
A wrong item delivered
Please notify us within 24 hours of delivery.

Clear unboxing video (mandatory)

Photographs of the damaged/incorrect product

Description of the issue
⚠️ Claims without a proper unboxing video may not be eligible for resolution.
After verification, we may at our sole discretion:

Offer a replacement (subject to availability), or

Issue store credit, or
-
Provide a partial/full refund
Refunds, if approved, will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.
3. Cancellations

Orders once placed cannot be cancelled after dispatch.

Cancellation requests must be made within 4 hours of placing the order.

Customized / corporate / bulk orders cannot be cancelled once confirmed.
Refunds for approved cancellations will be processed within 7–10 business days.
4. Non-Returnable Situations
We are unable to accept claims in the following cases:

Minor packaging variations (as many products are handcrafted)

Natural variations in stone, marble, wood, dried fruits etc.

Taste preferences or change of mind

Incorrect shipping address provided by the customer

Failed delivery attempts due to unavailability
5. Force Majeure
GIFTOLOGY shall not be liable for delays or damages caused by events beyond our control including natural disasters, courier delays, or regulatory restrictions.
